These savory beefy style vegan crumbles are extremely versatile! They are precooked, but taste best when they have been sautéed before using them in a recipe. Dice up an onion (and garlic and/or mushrooms if you wish) and cook the crumbles in 1-2T oil until lightly browned. Then add the rest of your ingredients. These work awesome in:

  • Sloppy Joes
  • Spaghetti Bolognese
  • Shepherd’s Pie
  • Taco or Burrito Filling
  • Beefy Stroganoff
  • Macaroni Dishes
  • Casseroles
  • anywhere you would have used ground meat

About 350g (as much as you would get from about a pound of ground meat. So if a recipe called for 1 pound ground beef, use the whole packet of this)

Comes frozen.  Once thawed, use or keep in fridge for up to a week. No MSG, all natural ingredients!

vital wheat gluten, filtered water, chickpea flour, soy sauce, sunflower oil, onion powder, vegan Worcestershire sauce and/or marmite, himalayan salt
