This creamy lemon ice cream has a fresh tangy flavor from pure lemon juice. The berry swirl is made from real strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries with just enough sweetener and adds a great pop of berry flavor to the lemon.  It tastes great on its own, and is also a wonderful accompaniment to berry crumble, blueberry pie, vanilla cake, cookies, and more.

**our vegan ice creams can be a bit hard/solid straight out of the freezer. But that’s a good thing,it’s not full of air, so you’re getting more ice cream! Don’t panic, just let it sit out for 10-20 minutes and then you can scoop it! Feeling impatient? You can also microwave it for a few seconds (up to 30 seconds for a full container) to quickly soften it for easy scooping.

Coconut milk, cashew milk, unrefined organic cane sugar, mixed berry sauce (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, unrefined organic cane sugar, tapioca starch), lemon juice, sunflower oil, pure vanilla extract (non alcohol), pink himalayan salt
