Talivara – a name created by combining our daughters’ names, as we used to create many flavors just for them! Our ice creams are all lovingly made in small batches. They are rich, creamy, dreamy, and delicious! Choose from pure flavors such as vanilla dream, chocolate dream, and hazelnut dream. Or choose ones with fun additions such as raspberry truffle and rocky road! The base of our ice creams is made from coconut cream and cashew milk. They are all gluten free, and most are soy free.

I start by melting vegan dark chocolate and blend it into a base of coconut cream and cashew milk. Gula Melaka is added for sweetness and extra flavour. This is such a luscious and special ice cream! If I had to pick one of my ice creams to give to a non vegan, this would be it. They would seriously NEVER know that this isn’t dairy ice cream. This is actually one of my very favorite ice creams and reminds me of premium chocolate ice creams of expensive brands! Available in both pint and quart sizes Ingredients: coconut milk, cashew milk, chocolate (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, cocoa powder, soya lecithin, natural vanilla), gula melaka, cocoa powder, natural vanilla extract (non alcohol), himalayan salt *This product is gluten free in that it contains no gluten containing ingredients. However, it is produced in a facility that also makes gluten containing products. Though we do our best to clean equipment, we cannot guarantee no cross contamination.
