New! Our new sunny cheeses are made from a base of organic sunflower seeds! This adds some protein and nutrients to the cheese, while still being soy and nut free. Yay! This vegan smoky cheddar style cheese is flavorful and versatile! It is a stronger flavoured cheddar with a touch of smoky flavour. It slices, grates, melts, and gets nice and gooey/stretchy! Add it to some macaroni and nondairy milk for an instant mac’n’cheese! It is awesome in grilled cheese sandwiches or on top of a “cheeseburger” style pizza. Also great on sandwiches, burgers, chopped in salads, and wherever else you love a nice smoky cheddar! Block of cheese is approximately 200g organic sunflower milk (filtered water, organic sunflower seeds), refined coconut oil, modified potato starch, tapioca starch, nutritional yeast, salt, apple cider vinegar, olive extract, paprika, natural cheddar flavour, carrageenan, spices, liquid smoke *This product has NO onion/garlic **This product is soy free ***This product is gluten free in that it contains no gluten containing ingredients. However, it is produced in a facility that also makes gluten containing products. Though we do our best to clean equipment, we cannot guarantee no cross contamination.
