Vegan cheese now in Malaysia! Vegan Garlic Herb cheese is an excellent snacking and cooking cheese. This smooth textured non dairy cheese slices, grates, melts, and gets nice and gooey/stretchy! I use four herbs in this flavorful cheese – basil, oregano, thyme and rosemary. This snacking cheese is great on crackers and with fruit. It is also delicious on pasta, pizza, sandwiches, grilled cheese, casseroles, and more! block of cheese is ~200g organic soymilk, refined coconut oil, tapioca starch, nutritional yeast, kappa carrageenan, herbs (basil, oregano, thyme, rosemary), salt, organic apple cider vinegar, olive extract, onion powder, garlic powder *This product is gluten free in that it contains no gluten containing ingredients.
