It slices, grates, melts, and stretches. Add it to your favorite pizza base (above or below the toppings) and bake at 230ºC for 12-15 minutes for a perfect pizza! This cheese is also awesome grated on top of pasta, lasagna, in a grilled cheese sandwich, a caprese salad, and much more! Block of cheese is approximately 200g Organic soymilk, refined coconut oil, tapioca starch, kappa carrageenan, nutritional yeast, salt, olive extract, lactic acid *This product has NO onion/garlic **This product is gluten free in that it contains no gluten containing ingredients. However, it is produced in a facility that also makes gluten containing products. Though we do our best to clean equipment, we cannot guarantee no cross contamination.
