Vegan Sunny Provolone Cheese Block

Our sunny cheeses are made from a base of organic sunflower seeds!  This adds some protein and nutrients to the cheese, while still being soy and nut free.  Yay!

This vegan provolone style cheese is tasty and versatile!  It is like a stronger flavoured mozzarella with a touch of smoky flavour. It slices, grates, melts, and stretches.  Add it to your favorite pizza base (above or below the toppings) and bake at 230ºC for 12-15 minutes for a perfect pizza! (temp and time varies depending on your individual oven). This cheese is also awesome grated on top of pasta, lasagna, in a grilled cheese sandwich, mac and cheese, and much more!

Block of cheese is approximately 200g

Ingredients: 

organic sunflower milk (filtered water, organic sunflower seeds), refined coconut oil, modified potato starch, tapioca starch, nutritional yeast, salt, carrageenan, olive extract, natural cheese flavour, lactic acid, liquid smoke
