Vegan Sunny Mozzarella Cheese Block

Our sunny cheeses are made from a base of organic sunflower seeds!  This adds some protein and nutrients to the cheese, while still being soy and nut free.  Yay!

Vegan cheese is hard to find in Malaysia, but not anymore! Craving a good pizza?  This vegan mozzarella style cheese is perfect!  It slices, grates, melts, and stretches.  Add it to your favorite pizza base (below the toppings for the best melt) and bake at 230ºC for 12-15 minutes for a perfect pizza!  Time/temp may vary depending on individual ovens. This cheese is also awesome grated on top of pasta, lasagna, in a grilled cheese sandwich, and much more!

Ingredients: 

organic sunflower milk (filtered water, organic sunflower seeds), refined coconut oil, modified potato starch, tapioca starch, nutritional yeast, salt, carrageenan, olive extract, lactic acid

*This product is gluten free in that it contains no gluten containing ingredients.  However, it is produced in a facility that also makes gluten containing products.  Though we do our best to clean equipment, we cannot guarantee no cross contamination.
