Coffee Crackle Vegan Ice Cream

Looking for a cool and creamy ice cream to pep up your afternoon?  Try this vegan Coffee Crackle ice cream!

We start with our coconut cashew base, and blend in fair trade coffee and natural vanilla (non alcohol). Then we swirl in bean-to-bar chocolate made right here in Malaysia! Finally a swirl of homemade caramel sauce takes this ice cream over the top! Sweetened with coconut sugar, this ice cream is truly a Malaysian delight!

Coconut milk, cashew milk, coconut sugar, Benns Ethicoa Panchor chocolate (cacao nibs, cocoa butter, unrefined cane sugar), caramel sauce (organic unrefined cane sugar, coconut sugar, coconut cream, sunflower oil, natural vanilla extract (non alcohol), himalayan salt), sunflower oil, instant coffee powder, natural vanilla extract (non alcohol), himalayan salt
