**our vegan ice creams can be quite hard/solid straight out of the freezer. But that’s a good thing,it’s not full of air, so you’re getting more ice cream! Don’t panic, just let it sit out for 10-20 minutes and then you can scoop it! Feeling impatient? You can also microwave it for a few seconds (up to 30 seconds for a full container) to quickly soften it for easy scooping.

Mint chocolate chip ice cream is such a lovely treat! The crisp dark chocolate melts in your mouth to blend with the refreshing minty ice cream. Instead of just stirring in chocolate chips, which makes for hard waxy frozen chocolate pieces, the chocolate is melted first and drizzled into the ice cream. This allows it to melt much more easily when you are eating it, plus you get some small bits and some awesome larger chunks!

The full fat coconut milk and fresh made cashew milk gives this ice cream a rich and creamy feel, along with natural mint extract for a fresh minty flavor. Delicious!
